I did 23:1 fasting with a calorie deficit and daily exercise for a while, but I actually had to stop. From Feb to now I went from 120lbs to 96lbs. It actually works TOO well. I'm on day two of 16:8 with a slightly raised intake and less exercise, hopefully, I can start gaining a couple pounds of muscle now.
