I could not find a place to put comments. Questions 1.) Intermittent fasting-I started with the 20/4, I only get a tit bit hungry, so I will get a few almonds,sunflower seeds or even drink my ginger or some lemon water- is that ok? 2.) During my 4 hr window, a few times I have gotten a little hungry, so can I get a small snack between my 2 meal? I have not eaten my entire 1st meal, so I will eat the reminding of my 1st meal salad as my snack. 3). The ACV- dilemma for me ( If I am only eating 1/2 meals a day), can I take the ACV even if i do eat a meal, example if my 1st meal is at 11:30, when I get up in the morning at 6 can I have a ACV drink or since I am not eating anything until 12 do I wait? If i only eat 1 meal a day, which is my goal, how many ACV should i be consuming? Thanks Frieda
