I began doing this 2018 January. My first meal was at 12 and my last meal was at five. I’ve lost 58 pounds and I feel great. I start off the morning with 48 to 64 ounces of water in between those ounces of water for ounces of water and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. I have hit a wall this year with my weight loss but I haven’t been as committed as I was last year. But I highly recommend this to everyone that is trying to lose weight. I don’t recommend diets I recommend change of habits and lifestyle
