I Have used the Ketosis diet twice in my life with fast and long lasting success. However that I was in my late 30es and mid 40es . I take Trazodone 300 mg 45 minutes before bedtime as well as Valium 20 mg with my Trazz in order to acquire and stay asleep. I have started the Ketosis slowly and am now about 3 weeks down range.
