I am just starting this, and so far I have managed to hold off eating until 2 - 3 PM 3 or 4 day's a week, Then it's supper at around 6:PM and a snack or 2 between 7 - 11 PM at night. I can't seem to shake that need for those last two snacks at night. Could be I'm not eating enough Calories during my other meals. I was trying a Keto diet before this but had to stop as I was getting Gout all the time. I am extremely active for a 49 year old male and, still play competitive sports plus I work out 3 or 4 times a week. I've been stuck at 280 lbs for years and can't seem to get lower than that despite all of my activities. Intermittent fasting is my last hope to shed the pounds I need to get rid of, or I fear I'm going to have a heart attack during one of my games.?
