I am a 25-year-old man who suffered from borderline obesity for as long as I can remember. I tried every diet out there, like calorie restriction, high carb, low fat, you name it I tried it. None of them worked. When I decided to switch to keto and fasting, I started to see actual changes. My weight started dropping significantly each week. Despite me not eating for what seemed like long periods, I wasn't getting hungry. I started strict keto last September and I am down to 13% body fat. When I did go keto, I was able to do 5 days fast and now I do occasional 2-3 day fasts just for the additional health benefits.
