This started as a 2 month “experiment” totally doubting it would work but finding myself enlightened and intrigued by Dr. Berg’s videos on YouTube. I thought why not try? The worst thing that could happen is I stay fat but this is 4.5 months later - I am 55lbs down and 10 inches off my waist. These results are with no real added exercise but now that I feel so much better, I actually am wanting to move around! I do intermittent fasting (gradually made it to 20-22hrs without discomfort) and one meal a day plus Keto dessert. I’ll never go back to my old way of eating. My moods and energy are much better and although I have a ways to go, I’m proud of myself for sticking with it. If I can do it, a life time sugar junkie, anyone can!
