I actually started on April 15 , 2019 I started at 215 and as of now on May 20,2019 Iam down to 190! I started doing keto and fasting on ADF... I switched it up to do Omad . I usually have coffee with cream and 1/2 of an avocado and a handful of macadamia nuts in the morning and then 3 to 4 hours later I would have a huge salad with all kinds of vegis and a creamy ranch dressing ... no soy oil in it also some times I have steamed asparagus or steamed artichoke with 1/4 stick of healthy Irish butter . Now I have been doing omad for the past week .... with the same types of food , but it seems like I have knawing stomach pains a few hours later and I also have a lot of belching that drives me nuts !! I have been using acv and sea salts (Himalayan) to try and correct some of this but it is still ongoing ... I am hoping in time it will correct itself , I am looking to lose another 40 pounds at least , I know I have to be patient Thank you Danette Brogan
