Hi Dr. Burg. Im a big fan following your videos. I also started fasting with kitogenic diet and lost 10kgs in one month (84 to 74) . once i started to drink beet + leaves n kale juices with carrot n avocado and in the second day i got a huge eye infection which was there for 1week with a flu which i felt really exhausted when i wake up. Flu was there during wlthe nights.Just want to know whether its related to keto or any effects from the jucises. I quited keto for cuple of days and badly want to start back. Waiting for your feedback. :)
