Hi Dr. Berg, I started doing intermittent fasting and keto on October 24,2016 at 316 pounds and now as of today, June 30, 2017, I am weighing 230 pounds. I have lost 86 pounds and feel great. I eat at 11am, 3pm and 7pm. I do weight lifting 5 times per week and light cardio twice a week on my days off. I still want to lose another 40 pounds and see how i feel and go from there. Thank you for all your knowledge and time you give to your fans and I appreciate everything.
