Hi Dr. Berg, I love your channel! I’ve been doing IF and a sort of a ketogenic diet for about three months. I’m 33 years old, 5’7”, 155 lbs. I have been losing weight, which is great! I just don’t feel very energetic. Here’s my typical diet: 2:00 pm - one glass of water with ACV, lime juice and pink himalayan salt. Then I’ll have a shake with organic almond milk, organic blueberries, organic veggies (I alternate between beets, broccoli and kale), one raw egg (organic and pasture raised), a piece of organic ginger, organic plant-based protein powder, ceylon cinnamon powder and a little bit of organic raw honey from brazilian bees. And I take a raw whole food multivitamin, vitamin C 500 mg, vitamin D3 5,000 IU and ashwagandha 300 mg. 6:00 pm - two beef sticks (100% grass fed), about a cup of a mix of organic raisins, sprouted pumpkin seeds, raw brazilian nuts and roasted macadamias with sea salt. 8:00 pm - a small shake with water and protein powder. 10:00 pm - either a can of sardines or a small avocado with two small organic tomatoes with lime juice and salt. And I take a probiotic 10 billion CFU, fish oil 1,100 mg and a tablespoon of coconut oil. The majority of the supplements that I take are from a company called Garden of Life. I take a conditioning class three times a week (M, W, F) from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and I take a pre workout (Cellucor C4 original) at 10:30 am. Due to my work schedule I am able to have an 8-hour eating window from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Tomorrow (8-26) is my B-day!
