I always wanted to be fit and in a good shape. I love sports and I was quite regular at gym but always struggled to get rid of belly fat.
Since I started following Dr. Berg and quit sugar/carbs which help me to go on 16 to 18 hours daily fasting and sometimes 1 meal a day, I lost almost 14 kg and 4 inches from my waist in a few months' time. From 101 kg to 87 and 38 to 34.
Not only do I lose weight but also feel more energetic, fresh. There is no chance I am going back to my old diet habits. Thanks Dr. Berg for explaining everything in a simple way, thanks a lot.
