I was having a hard time loosing weight and then I started following Dr. Berg's principles on getting healthy first to loose weight. This started to work for me especially once I started having just two meals per day with extra fat through sprouted pecans and macadamia nuts along with my large organic salads. Things really kicked into high gear once I added high intensity interval training with wind sprints and burpees. It's interesting that Dr. Berg emphasizes the basics of taking care of one's body: a healthy diet and exercise. I've been using Dr. Berg's nutritional supplements with good results as well and thank him for his very informative and helpful videos.
