Hallo, This isn't about a success, it is about a confusion. The cause of that confusion is based on seemingly conflicting and confusing reports on saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fats. The bottom line is that I don't know which I should be using to cook with. At present, I am using mechanically extracted Extra Virgin for cooking and Spanish picual oil as a salad dressing; neither of which contain monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fat. The question is, given that I have angina, am I doing the right thing? Kind regards, David,
