Gone for twenty years ( i.an back )

Story

Well not sure if twenty days is a success story yet, but I’ve been ramping up my keto and been fasting for 3 months with some mixed results. I was a little discouraged but decided to stick with it. My whole life I was told that diabetes was a progressive disease with no cure and all you could do is manage it with drugs prescribed by your doctor. Well like all diabetic pills at first metformin then along come insulin then more and more insulin.

I tried different things at that point, diet, and exercise and it didn’t work. That little voice I kept hearing from my doctor that it was progressive and incurable. Well, on the internet Dr. Fung ( the obesity code ) you can reverse it. Cool, I’ll try. At that point Dr. Berg's videos were there I kept hearing about intermittent fasting once I combined that with keto (clean) and 18-6 food eating it sorta started to work had some wild swings at first while don’t know why sometimes my blood would go up huge, I knew two reasons the morning affect and another which I forget it names but the swings were massive like blood sugars at 15 to twenty. I didn’t understand a huge prolonged spike so I was getting discouraged again but I kept at it I figured my body was diabetic for twenty years it may take prolonged fasts and much more time to correct .

So now at this point very upbeat exercise current fasting and keto are I hope to start to work I am starting to add microgreens (organic) as I can really afford grass feed protein and organic products, so it I hope takes me to another level. Sleep can also help as it still another aspect to change as it not great yet. Dr. Berg has been amazing!

The next thing is fatty liver like Dr. Berg says get healthy first. Added plenty of supplements and proper portion protein fats and carbs( limited many water-based veggies) no pasta pizza only single items foods found in nature mostly). Well, I am on the internet every day watching his videos and over and over to make sure I remember his info but more importantly to encourage me to continue as there is a light at the end of the rainbow. Twenty days and counting oh just a little more info was 220 lbs now 180-190 it seem to have hit a wall I know if I kept up the regime I’ll get down to my desired weight 175 lbs have a gray day and thanks for hearing me out.
