Matt Williams Shares Amazing Results - Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto

Going in to freshman year of high school, I was walking around at roughly 285 pounds. Living like that, as one might imagine, is physically, mentally and socially debilitating. So, despising my state of living, I started losing weight in the second semester. I was severely addicted to sugar and carbs and had a very difficult time, but, eventually, after roughly a year and a half, I had gotten down to a healthy weight. The first picture was taken July 29th, 2016, before I decided to lose weight. The second picture, taken on October 13th, 2018. In the first picture, I am close to 300 pounds, and in the second picture, I weighed roughly 185. The Keto diet, as well as intermittent fasting, is, without a doubt, the most effective healthy weight loss technique that I have ever tried. Although I still aim to get down to 173 and build my muscle from there, I am extremely happy with, and proud of, my results. I hope that my story can inspire others to live a healthier, and, in turn, a happier lifestyle.
