I am 77 years young, I live in Belgium. I found your site on Youtube. I was too heavy, had too high blood pressure, took pills, took statins to keep cholesterol low, so my doctor said good meat, salmon, potatoes cooked, sauces some wine, some dessert. I started Healthy KETO, 6 to 8 months ago I started taking away the statins, blood pressure dropped, I slowly reduced my pills, then stopped taking blood pressure pills, blood pressure dropped even further. I started to loose weight 88kg down to 80kg. I started to do all my shopping walking, instead of driving. I started to swim again, 2km every 2nd day breakfast 9 in the morning; bacon, egg, an avocado, tomatoes. Second meal after 17 hours, leafy greens, celery, red bellpepper, avocado, mackerel or salmon or tuna, or once a week beef liver (farm grown). In the beginning my portions were too big and too many different vegetables. Today, I have a blood pressure 118/77/58 and stable over 85 days.
