Fitting back into my clothes again

Story

During the past 6 years, I went through a roller coaster of emotional stress and put on 10 kgs. Before I knew it, I could no longer wear my stylish clothes. I tried a lot of low-calorie diets which made me lose some weight but I gained it back soon afterward. Then I started watching Dr. Berg’s videos which inspired me to start intermittent fasting combined with the keto diet.

I started gradually with the 16/8 and after a few weeks, I shifted on OMAD. In about 2 months, I have lost 7 kgs and still got to lose 3 kgs to reach my goal weight. I eliminated all sugar and simple carbs and try to follow the recommendations of Dr. Berg. I added nutritional yeast and nori snacks as a staple in my food every day. Plus, I drink lemon water with apple cider vinegar as soon as I wake up in the morning.

I finally found a lifestyle change that inspires me a lot and I try to teach people around me the benefits of fasting on their health. Dr Berg’s videos have been absolutely crucial in my journey.
