I tried keto about 2 years ago but didn't understand what I was doing back then, I went from 350 lbs to 279 lbs. But I didn't know about Dr. Berg or intermittent fasting. I couldn't seem to get past that plateau and became discouraged and gained up to 327. I discovered Dr. Berg in July and watched countless videos and learned more and more about health and wellness and decided I would try again with my gained knowledge, and it has been so much easier. I do OMAD daily and have started prolonged fasts. I found an app called "Life" to give me encouragement as well and keep me on task. I weighed 327 at my starting weight and as of this morning I weigh 286 lbs, I have lost 41 lbs since the end of July. I feel great and my husband is very happy. My kids are proud of me and so am I.
