Down 65.3 lbs. Took me a long time from Jan 2017 to current day. Patience and commitment to health is the key. Not only do I have Hashimoto’s and no gallbladder but I was a perpetual dieter so very slow metabolism plus my age doesn’t help (52 next month). I found Dr Berg on YouTube and just listened to as many videos as i could because everything he said just makes perfect sense to me. I bought his book and a few of his products and started right in. I still have 60lbs more to go but i know it will happen. I’m in this for life as this is no longer a diet to me. It’s my lifestyle and I feel so much better.
