Ditching carbs and sugars altogether along with implementing 5-day/wk high intensity exercise got me from 215lbs to 195lbs in under two months. I went through a mild keto which really wasn't bad. I had maybe two consecutive nights with uncontrollable energy that got me very little sleep, but that was it. On track to lose another 5lbs before I go into maintenance mode. I've listened to Dr. Berg and some others out there and it's great advice. Thanks for all you do! BTW, I like the raw wheat grass juice powder. I drink a scoop or two of it every day.
