Hi, I'm down 45 lbs since Dec 4, 2017. If you follow Dr. Eric Berg's advice consistently, no cheat days, no bs, you will get there. The only one stopping you is you. I would have lost even more if I didn't love beer so much. But hey I had to learn to appreciate being in ketosis cause it is hard, for me it takes 4-7 days to get back there after a day off. So my advice to you is, if you are starting and you are in ketosis, don't stop. This is not a linear path, you will loose and gain but the most important part is to be consistent.
