It took me 10 weeks to finally reach my goal to be at a healthy weight, by following the keto woe and intermittent fasting. (currently OMAD). 26 pounds gone and for good. No way I’m going back to that old me. All while raising 5-year-old twins, 2 teenagers, taking care of my sick elderly dad and dealing with his numerous hospitalizations, working the 3rd shift, and taking care of our home. Some days, I have no clue how I got through, but thankfully I have my amazing husband, who has been supportive and extremely helpful during this journey. Of course, it helps that he’s doing it as well. I feel better now in my 40’s than I ever did in my 20’s or 30’s. (please don’t mind my crazy hair)
