Before/After and the Cost of Keto.

Before/After and Keto. Fatface, photo Nov 17, started keto and IF on 1st January 2018. After photo 28th July 2018. The last photo illustrates one side of keto that I don't mind paying for; for the fourth time a bed full of clothes that are too big - this time jeans/trousers - some never worn, some worn once or twice but ALL too big now, so my 'loss' will be someone else's benefit and that's how it should be.
