Been doing the ketogenic lifestyle for 4 months now. I say lifestyles bc my opinion this is more than a fad diet. I’ve dropped from 207-179 and lost 5% body fat. My blood sugar levels went from an average of 115 2 hours after a meal down to 94 after a meal. I recently have introduced myself to the 16:8 fasting method along with the lifestyle change. My family and wife are slowly decreasing their cab levels due to seeing the vast improvements in my life health wise. I love watching your videos bc they do some motivation, but educate myself with the videos and terms so I can explain them to people who ask me how I changed so much for the better. Thank you for your time to do these videos.
