After surviving a major bout with the flu and other health issues, I started scouring the internet for books on human organs interaction. That was actual search key. Long story short: I ended up on one of your videos. I viewed the first and could not get enough of what you were teaching. On January 5th 2019 I went to my kitchen and prepared4 eggs and 4 strips of bacon for breakfast. I wanted to test your theory that says fat keeps you satiated. Your theory works,and the proof is in my jeans. The next day I noticed they were no longer snug, and by the end of my first week they were loosely fitting. .
