I had experienced anaphylaxis twice requiring trips to the ER, so I desperate, and my healthcare provider was stumped. Relief came within days of adopting a Keto diet, started fasting, the diet is void of histamine triggering foods and beverages, gluten, and sugars of all kinds. I bought Ketone strips and work hard to maintain a state of ketosis. With a Verio Onetouch I check blood glucose levels and thankfully I am not diabetic. Extensive blood tests from last week indicate 'all' levels are within normal range, giving credit to the incredibly useful and life saving material on Dr. Berg's channel, which I have absorbed. Also, I have a housemate that follows a keto lifestyle and this helps greatly. The weight continues to drop and I'm shooting for a goal of 178 lbs.
