Hi Dr. Berg! My name is Mani, 31 years old living in Uppsala, Sweden. Over a year ago, I went through a family crisis and my mental health was really bad. With this came the bad eating habits, which I more or less had been doing my whole life. I’ve always exercised but was never really aware of the negative effects of my diet. All these things changed around 6 months ago.

I had then been watching your videos for about a month and would really like to say a big thank you for everything. My weight has dropped from 104kg to 81kg. I feel so much better both physically and mentally. I’m a better father and husband, I’m a better teacher to my first graders at work and at a much better place in life, big thank you! I will send you before and after pictures. I understand you have a busy schedule but would love to have some feedback on what I eat on a normal day and when. 6 am one lemon and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, together with omega 3 and ashwagandha. 7 am coffee with heavy cream, 11 am lunch (whatever school lunch no carbs and lots of veggies) plus a shake containing some berries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1dl almond milk, and kale. Around 5-6( depending on when I get home from work), I would eat salmon, 2 boiled eggs, sauerkrauts, and other veggies. I finish with a clove of garlic that has been pressed and rested for about 15 mins. This is also when I take my D vitamin. Do I miss any nutrients? If so what and when should I consume it? Again, I would really like to thank you for changing my life. Much love from Sweden!
