4 weeks of very low carb, two large meals a day and frequent snacking through out the day, window of eating time 12 hours, and zero exercise. Followed by 8 weeks of near zero carbs and high fat, max of 70 grams protein per day. Two meals a day -strictly-, meals are 6 hours apart. 10 serving vegetables a day. Exercising fasted (duration 30 min) and eating 30 min after workout. Then in evening exercise duration 30 min, also waiting 30 min and then eating second meal. Keto+IF=<3
