26 weeks ago I stumbled across some YouTube videos about the keto way of eating and that day was the beginning of my new life! At 314 pounds I was at my heaviest point, heavier than I was throughout all 3 of my pregnancies. I was unhappy, unhealthy and food was slowly killing me. I had trouble breathing and walking from room to room was becoming a task. I dove into the ketogenic way of eating, head first and never looked back! 26 weeks later I am down 94 pounds with strict keto and intermittent fasting 16:8 everyday. I also exercise 4-5 days a week with mostly cardio with a little strength training. Although I still have more weight to lose I feel so much healthier and happier and no longer use food as a antidepressant. I now eat to live rather than love to eat!
