231 pounds to 160 pounds from April 02, 2018, to July 20, 2018, I was shocked when I saw my neighbor who was totally transformed by losing weight and dropping many sizes, and when I asked him the secret he referred to *Keto diet*, not knowing what the diet is all about, I started my research. My biggest challenge was being vegetarian (no eggs also) that I will be limiting to few recipes only. My main job requires sitting all the time in the office and I never enjoyed playing with my kids as I would get tired very soon. My sleep was very poor and restless. I had eczema black patches on the legs. I was not active and would take long naps over the weekends. I also had a breath shortening. While I continued my research and learning about Keto…I found Dr. Berg's videos and I would watch over and over again. I was highly impressed by how Dr. Berg explains the concept of Intermittent Fasting and how the body runs on clean fuel when you are on ketosis. Within 10 days of the keto diet, I started feeling light and I was motivated to see the number going down. My energy level increased. My sleep got better day by day and remember I mentioned I had eczema black patches… they are gone…yes there are no scars at all. You can find many resources on the internet but having the right discipline and following it honestly is the key. Losing pounds every week kept me highly motivated. Dr. Berg's videos are so simple, short, scientific, and to the point that anybody can easily understand and apply them. I also followed Dr. Berg’s recipe channels to get ideas and today I am 3 months running on clean fuel and don’t crave sugar at all. My waste size dropped to 40 inches from 32 inches. I had to redo my clothes wardrobe and I was happy spending money on new clothes which I enjoy wearing now and still losing pounds. My skin has improved so much that people are straight telling me that I look 15 years younger…thanks to Dr. Berg. I have inspired so many people around me that brings so much positive energy everywhere I highly recommend to all family and friends to listen and follow Dr. Berg favorite way to exercise: long walks favorite healthy food: zucchini, cauliflower, okra, spinach
