Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 218 degrees C and line a round baking pan with parchment paper.
- In food processer, pulse 9 ounces cauliflower until rice-like texture.9 ounces cauliflower
- Remove cauliflower from food processor. Add 1 tablespoon avocado oil to a pan and cook cauliflower over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove cauliflower and let it cool.1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Place cauliflower in cheesecloth or kitchen towel to squeeze out all liquid.

- Place dough onto baking pan and shape into 9-inch round flat pizza base around ½ inch thick.
- Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
