Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 218 degrees C and line a round baking pan with parchment paper.
In food processer, pulse 9 ounces cauliflower until rice-like texture.

Remove cauliflower from food processor. Add 1 tablespoon avocado oil to a pan and cook cauliflower over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove cauliflower and let it cool.

Place cauliflower in cheesecloth or kitchen towel to squeeze out all liquid.
In a large mixing bowl combine cauliflower, ¼ cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon oregano, 2 tablespoon almond flour, and 1 egg until dough forms.

Place dough onto baking pan and shape into 9-inch round flat pizza base around ½ inch thick.
Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and top with ⅓ cup keto marinara sauce, 4 ounces mozzarella chesse, and 5 fresh basil leaves. Bake for an additional 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
