Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 218 degrees C. Line round baking pan with parchment paper.
- In food processer, pulse 9 ounces cauliflower until rice-like texture.9 ounces cauliflower
- Remove cauliflower from food processor. Add 1 tablespoon avocado oil to pan and cook cauliflower over medium heat for three minutes. Remove cauliflower and let cool.1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Place cauliflower in cheesecloth or kitchen towel to squeeze out all liquid.

- Place dough onto baking pan and shape into nine-inch round flat pizza base, around ยฝ inch thick.
- Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
