Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C and line 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Bring 4 quarts of water to boil over high heat.
- Place 1 head cauliflower into boiling water for 6 min, then remove from water and let drain. Once drained, place back into the same pot.1 head cauliflower
- Add ¼ cup heavy cream, 4 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar, 1 teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon fresh parsley. - In a large skillet over medium heat brown 1 pound ground beef in 1 tablespoon lard. Add 1 cup yellow onion, 3 cloves fresh garlic, and ½ cup celeryseason with 1 teaspoon sea salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper. - Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste to ground beef mixture. Cook for about 1 minute to balance acidity.2 tablespoons tomato paste

- To build pie for baking, add ground beef and vegetable mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with mashed cauliflower and some cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until top is golden brown in color.
