Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- Heat large saute pan for four minutes on medium heat. Add 4 cups spinach and 3 tablespoons water. Cook until spinach is wilted.4 cups spinach, 3 tablespoons water
- Remove from pan and cool.
- Squeeze out all water from spinach and roughly chop.
- Combine 4 ounces cream cheese, ยผ cup yellow cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, ยผ cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon garlic, ยฝ teaspoon ground white pepper and 8.5 ounces artichoke hearts. - Add chopped spinach to mixture. Stir to combine.
- Spray 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish with cooking oil and add artichoke mixture. Evenly distribute and top with 1 cup mozzarella.1 cup mozzarella
