Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine 2 pounds ground beef, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ½ cup onion, 3 cloves garlic, 3 stalks celery, ½ cup almond flour, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, 1½ teaspoons sea salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper. - Cut 8 strips bacon in half, giving you twelve halves about 4 inches in length.8 strips bacon
- Spray bread or loaf pan with the Olive oil spray spray, then press the meat mix into the loaf pan.Olive oil spray
- Lay bacon on top, each slice slightly touching the next until the top of loaf is covered.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- For more uniform slices, allow to cool 20 minutes before slicing.
