In a large mixing bowl combine 2 pounds ground beef, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ½ cup onion, 3 cloves garlic, 3 stalks celery, ½ cup almond flour, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, 1½ teaspoons sea salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
