Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 C.
- In large mixing bowl combine 2 pounds ground beef, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ยฝ cup onion, 3 cloves garlic, 3 stalks celery, ยฝ cup almond flour, ยผ cup Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, 1ยฝ teaspoons sea salt and ยฝ teaspoon black pepper. - Cut 8 strips bacon in half, giving you twelve halves about four inches in length.8 strips bacon
- Spray bread or loaf pan with olive oil spray spray, then press meat mix into loaf pan.olive oil spray
- Lay bacon on top, each slice slightly touching next until top of loaf is covered.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
- For more uniform slices, allow to cool 20 minutes before slicing.
