Instructions
- In a double boiler, melt down chocolate mixture by combining 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons coconut butter, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and Stevia to taste.2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons coconut butter, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, Stevia to taste
- In a separate bowl, melt down 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted, ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and Stevia to taste.2 tablespoons coconut oil melted, ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, Stevia to taste
- Fill bottom of silicone molds with a layer of chocolate mixture, place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Next, fill the molds with a layer of peanut butter. Place in refrigerator again until solidified.
- Add the top and final layer of chocolate and let solidify one more time.
