Ingredients

Chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter sugar-free
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • stevia to taste

Peanut Butter

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • In double boiler, melt down chocolate mixture by combining 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons coconut butter, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and stevia to taste.

  • In separate bowl combine 2 tablespoons coconut oil , ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and stevia to taste.

  • Fill bottom of silicone molds with layer of chocolate mixture, then place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Next, fill molds with layer of peanut butter. Place in refrigerator again until solidified.
  • Add final layer of chocolate and let solidify one more time.
  • Serve and enjoy!
