In double boiler, melt down chocolate mixture by combining 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons coconut butter, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and stevia to taste.

In separate bowl combine 2 tablespoons coconut oil , ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and stevia to taste.

Fill bottom of silicone molds with layer of chocolate mixture, then place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Next, fill molds with layer of peanut butter. Place in refrigerator again until solidified.
Add final layer of chocolate and let solidify one more time.
