Ingredients

Chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter sugar-free
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • Stevia to taste

Peanut Butter

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup peanut butter sugar-free
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions

  • In a double boiler, melt down chocolate mixture by combining 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons coconut butter, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and Stevia to taste.
  • In a separate bowl, melt down 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted, ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and Stevia to taste.
  • Fill bottom of silicone molds with a layer of chocolate mixture, place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Next, fill the molds with a layer of peanut butter. Place in refrigerator again until solidified.
  • Add the top and final layer of chocolate and let solidify one more time.
