This Peanut Butter Chocolate brings big flavor with minimal effort. It’s sweet, creamy, and won't raise blood sugar levels.
Instructions
- In double boiler, melt down chocolate mixture by combining 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons coconut butter, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and stevia to taste.2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 tablespoons coconut butter, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, stevia to taste
- In separate bowl combine 2 tablespoons coconut oil , ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and stevia to taste.2 tablespoons coconut oil , ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, stevia to taste
- Fill bottom of silicone molds with layer of chocolate mixture, then place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Next, fill molds with layer of peanut butter. Place in refrigerator again until solidified.
- Add final layer of chocolate and let solidify one more time.
- Serve and enjoy!
