These Keto Chia Seed Crackers are made with chia seeds and baked until firm and crunchy. Their hearty texture and nutty flavor make them a sturdy base for cheeses, spreads, or even enjoyed on their own.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Combine 1 cup almond flour,2 teaspoons black chia seeds, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons water in bowl. Mix until well combined.

  • Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cutting board with small amount of almond flour. On board, press dough into rough square, pat until dough is ยผ inch thick and cut into smaller squares.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until crackers are pale gray in color.
  • Serve and enjoy!
