Instructions

- Add ¼ cup coconut oil and mix until nuts are evenly coated.
- Add ¼ cup FiberYum and ¼ cup cocoa powder. Blend or stir until well combined.
- Line dish with plastic wrap or parchment paper for easy removal.
- Pack mixture tightly and smooth top.
- Garnish with ¼ cup sunflower seeds.
- Freeze for at least 20 minutes, or until firm.
