Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • cup almonds
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup FiberYum
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼  cup sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup sunflower seeds, 1 cup pecans, and ⅓ cup almonds to blender or food processor.
  • Pulse until texture is coarse and grainy. Avoid over-processing.
  • Add ¼ cup coconut oil and mix until nuts are evenly coated.
  • Add ¼ cup FiberYum and ¼ cup cocoa powder. Blend or stir until well combined.
  • Line dish with plastic wrap or parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Pack mixture tightly and smooth top.
  • Garnish with ¼  cup sunflower seeds.
  • Freeze for at least 20 minutes, or until firm.
  • Cut into eight bars. Serve and enjoy!
