Instructions
- In medium or large skillet over medium heat, add 1 teaspoon avocado oil.
- Evenly distribute 1 cup mozzarella cheese throughout pan.1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Make sure entire bottom of pan is evenly coated with cheese to form crispy crust.
- Let cheese start to bubble.
- Add 1 cup Rao’s Pizza Sauce and 2 ounces pepperoni.ย1 cup Rao’s Pizza Sauce, 2 ounces pepperoni
- Let crust get dark brown to almost black. Use parsley for garnish. Serve and enjoy!parsley for garnish
