Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces pepperoni
  • parsley for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon safflower oil
  • 1 cup Rao's Pizza Sauce

Instructions

  • Get a medium or large skillet depending on how much you are making.
  • Turn on heat to medium and add 1 teaspoon safflower oil.

  • Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese throughout the pan so that it is evenly distributed.

  • Make sure that the entire bottom of the pan is coated in cheese, this is going to be your crust.
  • Let the cheese start to bubble.
  • Add 1 cup Rao's Pizza Sauce and 2 ounces pepperoni

  • Let the crust get dark brown to almost black.  It will look pretty dark but will taste delicious!  Use parsley for garnish!
