Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees / 176 degrees C.

- Start to bring ยฝ cup water to a boil.ยยฝ cup water
- Mix in 2 egg whites and 1ยฝ tablespoons apple cider vinegar.ย This mixture will be a little clumpym which is normal.2 egg whites, 1ยฝ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Add boiling water and mix until a solid dough forms.
- Divide into muffins, or bake in a loaf pan.
- For muffins, bake for about 30 minutes and around 45 minutes for loaf.
This recipe is a great substitute for a breakfast muffin.ย It is DELICIOUS with butter on it!ย The psyllium husk gives these muffins an awesome muffin-y texture.
