Instructions
- In bowl, mix together 8 ounces cream cheese, ⅔ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup sour cream.8 ounces cream cheese, ⅔ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup sour cream
- Separate mixture into three equal parts in separate bowls.
- In blender, mix 3 strawberries and cream cheese mixture.3 strawberries
- Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa power and few drops of stevia to taste. Blend with cream cheese mixture.1 tablespoon cocoa power, stevia to taste

- Layer mixtures on top of each other. First chocolate, then strawberry and finally vanilla mixture. Chill for at least 25 minutes.
