In bowl, mix together 8 ounces cream cheese, ⅔ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup sour cream.

Separate mixture into three equal parts in separate bowls.

In blender, mix 3 strawberries and base for strawberry fluff.

Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa power and few drops of stevia to taste to base for chocolate fluff.

Mix 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon erythritol, and base mixture for vanilla fluff.

Layer mixtures on top of each other. Chill for at least 25 minutes.
This keto-friendly neopolitan cheesecake fluff is delicious and fun to make! You can be creative with it. We decided to go with the traditional strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. But you can use the base and add any flavor that you’d like!
