Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 strawberries medium
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa power unsweetened
  • stevia to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol

Instructions

  • In bowl, mix together 8 ounces cream cheese, ⅔ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup sour cream.

  • Separate mixture into three equal parts in separate bowls.
  • In blender, mix 3 strawberries and cream cheese mixture.

  • Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa power and few drops of stevia to taste. Blend with cream cheese mixture.

  • Layer mixtures on top of each other.  First chocolate, then strawberry and finally vanilla mixture. Chill for at least 25 minutes.
